Parameters
No parameters — the key is the only input.
Example
curl -s "https://usefootnote.com/api/data/v1/warn/historical.csv" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer fn_live_YOUR_KEY"
200 — text/csv; available to purchasers of the historical archive. Same columns as /warn/export.csv, ending with match_label and match_company (verified — a parent proven by EIN or by a dated SEC Exhibit 21, or a filer matched by its own legal name that has filed federal records for the notice's city; matched_by_name — the employer name on the notice matches, not confirmed in federal filings.) and then notes — what else the state published, as labelled parts joined by " · ": Update and Note (the state's own remarks, e.g. a rescission or an averted layoff — read them with the type), Also known as, Industry, Region, Site, Worksite address; empty when there are none. layoff_type is the type as the state publishes it: a code in some states (Indiana CL/LO, Wisconsin CL/WR, District of Columbia 1/2), a reason in others (New York, Colorado), a closing flag in Rhode Island (Yes/No); Massachusetts marks an amended filing "Updated". Every response is { data, meta }; rate-limit headers (x-ratelimit-limit, x-ratelimit-remaining) ride on every call.
